The main production is based on PUR and the capacity – in PU shoe soles alone - is 3 million pairs a year.
125 years in business The history of Aarslev Polymere Industri A/S dates back more than 125 years to when the carpenter R. Nielsen founded his woodwork factory in 1878. Until the middle of the 20th century the production was based on wood – from lolly sticks to wooden toys and to wooden shoe heels.
In the fifties, as the spread of synthetic materials increased, the production switched over to plastic shoe components.
